You may return items sold by Broadway Industries within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error or a defect.

If you want to return an item, please call Customer Service at (800) 342-5113 ext.20. We will issue and mail you a Return Authorization (RA) number. All cartons returned must be marked with the RA number.

A credit will be issued upon receipt of the merchandise.

We cannot accept requests for returns more than 30 days after delivery, or returns without a Return Authorization number.
